Technical - Logging On and Off

My computer prompts me to download an exe. file when I click on the "Exit" button in my course.

This is usually due to you running a download program such as Gozilla or Download Manager. Rather than cancel these programs just hold down you "Alt" key and then click on the Exit link. By doing this you should by-pass any program, which may be conflicting with the courseware.

I keep getting a message that my "ID is not found"

It might be a case that your account may not yet be set up. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been set up. If you have paid by check, it could take up to 7 days to set up your account.

However if you have not received your confirmation after this time please contact our Customer Support Team, who will be happy to assist you.

Does the course use cookies to bookmark the courses?

Your account and bookmaking facility runs of our servers and doesn't rely on cookies. This allows you to access your courses from any computer that has internet access.
