Help: Signing Up - Refunds

There is no real reason why you shouldn't be entirely confident in registering with us, but it is equally important that your read both our terms and conditions and refunds and rebates policy before placing an order.

Customer Services must receive all requests for refunds, replacements, and adjustments via e-mail within 7 days after purchase. Refunds, replacements, adjustments will be considered for:

Any unused account, therefore if you have already used your account then you will not be entitled to a refund.

1. Technical problems resulting in you not being able to view courseware

  • Customer Service must receive written notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem in order for a refund, replacement or adjustment to be considered.
  • We highly recommend that you try the demo courses before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that you are able to view the courseware before you purchase.
  • If the site is out of service for more than 8 hours consecutively, a day will be added to your existing subscriptions.

2. Extending the length of an existing subscription

  • If a Registered Member has purchased a course for a month or a year, the duration of the course can be extended and the amount of the original purchase will be added to the upgrade. Credit for original purchases will be processed once we have received the replacement order.

Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments will not be considered for:

1. Slow performance

  • The courseware is designed to perform best at a 28880-connection rate, or better. However, we have no control over Internet bandwidth, which can affect performance, causing brief pauses in the transfer and playback of the course.

2. Reduction in subscription duration or downgrading of course access.

  • Please choose your subscription lengths carefully. While we are happy to extend subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for unused or unneeded portions. Longer subscription lengths give the user the opportunity to go back and review the content for performance support.
  • We highly recommend that you try the demo topics and view course outlines (provided in the course catalogue) before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that the course that you want to buy meets your expectations.
