How can I change my UserID or Password?

If you'd like to change your UserID or Password please email us at myaccount@nu-learning.com with your existing User ID and Password, and your email address, along with your new password, and we'll be happy to change it for you.

How long will it take for my account to be set up?

If you have paid online, or by cash you will need to allow up to 48 hrs. If you are paying by post or cheque you will need to allow up to 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been set up.

However if you have not received your confirmation after this time please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I forget my User ID or password?

If you happen to forget or lose your User ID or Password, just email us at myaccount@nu-learning.com  with your existing UserID or Password, your email address, along with your new password, and we'll be happy to reset your login details.

Is there any restriction on how long my Password or UserID has to be?

  • When specifying your UserID please make sure that it does not exceed 13 characters.
  • When specifying your Password please make sure that it does not exceed 8 characters.
