To login simply type your username and password in the login form on our homepage and click submit; or click the My Account link on the left frame of any of our pages and click on the login link on the page. You will then be taken to our login page where you will be asked for you login details. Logging off is fairly simple. All you have to do is click 'Exit' on the top right hand corner of whichever course you are doing. This will take you back to the course list, to log off just simply close that window. To bookmark a course you will need to exit properly by clicking on the exit button before you leave, as this is the only way the course can recognise where you are and bookmark it for you. Also avoid opening new browser windows when using the course as sometimes it makes it difficult for the system to track your progress. I've signed up online and have not yet received my login details? Once you've made your payment online you will need to allow up to 48 hrs for your account to be created, however the process normally takes 24 hrs. You will receive a confirmation email sent to you address once this is set up. However if you have not received your confirmation after this time please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you. I keep getting a message that my "ID is not found" It might be a case that your account may not yet be set up. If you have paid online, by phone or fax you will need to allow up to 48 hrs. If you are paying by post you will need to allow up to 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been set up. However if you have not received your confirmation after this time please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you. |
