I am unable to hear audio, what should I do?

In some parts of our site and on some of our courses we do offer sound capabilities. If you aren't receiving any sounds, you must firstly make sure that your machine has sound capabilities. If it does but you still cannot get the audio to operate, check the following:

  • Make sure that your speakers are plugged in, turned on and that the volume is turned up.
  • Go to your Control Panel, select Multimedia, and make sure your volume is turned up.
