Do I need any prior knowledge to pursue a technical qualification?

Whether a complete novice or already an IT professional wanting to gain new qualifications, we offer qualifications at all different levels. All our courses contain prerequisites. Details of this can be found on the description of the courses in our course Catalogue.

If you're beginning as a novice, courses which we would suggest would be MOUS courses.

I'm particularly interested in doing a certain course can I start at anytime?

Unlike most training providers, there are no fixed schedules to our training. Training online gives you the flexibility to start your training whenever you like.

Do I have to tell you which courses I want to do before I start?

There's no need to tell us what courses you'd like to do. Once you have been issued with a User ID and Password you are free to choose whichever courses you'd like to do.

How long do I have to be registered in order to complete my desired course?

Our courses are purchased on a time-based period. The amount of access you pay for will be stored in your account therefore you pay for how long you wish to learn for, rather than what you wish to learn. The duration of a course varies depending on the specific course you decide to undertake. A suggestion on how long you might need to commit in order to complete a course is given our course syllabus.
