Do you offer certificates to prove I've done a course?

All our IT courses offer you the option to print out a certificate at the end of the course, provided that you score 70% or more on the tests. This certificates give you details of what courses you have done, when you did it and at what level.

Are the certificates recognised?

Although the certificates are not officially recognised by any awarding body they are a great way to prove to employers and potential employers that:

1. You have an understanding of the topic in question; and
2. That you have shown initiative by going out and doing the courses at your own accord.

However there is still an option to gain a formal qualification by doing our courses, but this is subject to you sitting an external exam. To find out more about our certified route please visit our Certification Path page.

How do I print out my certificate?

To access a print out of your certificate please do the following:

1. Once in the course you want to print out the certificate for, click on the "Navigate" button.
2. Then click on "score". You will then be given your scores for that course.
3. On the bottom left of the page there will be a "certificate" tab, click on this to print out the certificate for this course.

My computer doesn't have a printer.

Because all the course details are stored on our servers, you can simply print your certificate from any machine that has an internet connection and a printer, regardless of which computer you done the courses on.

I've completed the course but still can't print out a certificate.

You can only print out a certificate if you score above 70% in all the units in a particular course. If you get less then 70% in one of the units you will need to redo that course until you have passed it.

Can I reprint my certificate?

You don't have to redo the course. To access a reprint you certificate please do the following:

1. Once in the course you want to print out the certificate for, click on the "Navigate" button.
2. Then click on "score". You will then be given your scores for that course.
3. On the bottom left of the page there will be a "certificate" tab, click on this to print out the certificate for this course.
